Willow View Apartment Homes opened in 2021 and presents 193 affordable apartments in Bay Point, California. The community features eight, three-story garden-style apartment buildings with a modern design including one, two, three and four bedroom units. It also features an expansive open common area that includes a clubhouse, pool, playground, barbeque area, bike storage and turf play field, among other features.

Willow View Apartment Homes was developed in response to strong demand for workforce rental housing options. Apartments are designed to be affordable for households earning below 60% of the Area's Median Income at the time of move-in. Income limits apply at the time of initial screening and qualification. These limits are updated periodically. Once income qualified, generally a household will remain income qualified.  Review the Criteria for Residency to see if you qualify, and feel free to contact management for additional details.
